Positions We're Hiring:
Marketing Assistant:
Will help with all facets of marketing including online advertising, social media, direct marketing, and more. Will be able to offer creative input, and must be able to handle a long list of tasks efficiently.
Construction Project Manager:
Oversee construction projects including preparing scopes, buying work, working with architects & engineers, approving payments, establishing & monitoring schedules, etc.
Construction Superintendent-Safety Manager:
Oversee daily job activity at the construction sites including coordination between trades, safety, plan implementation, and more.
Maintenance Technician:
Candidate must be able to handle a demanding list of tasks each and every day, prioritize effectively, not let anything go uncompleted, and report to the Property Care Manager on the progress of assigned work orders.
Development Project Manager:
Part-time Summer Internship
Work with the development team on pre-construction including architectural & engineering plans, budgeting, scopes, approvals of all kinds, community outreach, etc.
